some frequently asked questions we run into...

1.) Do you have a fee for coming to my home to give me an estimate?

No fee is charged for this service. We do require you to visit our showroom before we go into your home.

2.) How much does a kitchen or bath cost?

This is the same as asking "How much does a car cost". There are many choices when it comes to cabinets and countertops. Following our detailed process will benefit you by exploring all options which will then give you an exact cost.

3.) Does your firm provide other remodeling work such as electrical and plumbing?

M&L Cabinets will only install contracted cabinets and or countertops. We do not install and/or remove anything other than cabinets and countertops. We will help our clients coordinate any other trades that are needed to complete your remodeling work.

4.) What are your showroom hours?

We are open Monday thru Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturday (By appointment only), Closed Sundays. Some evenings by appointment.

5.) What areas in my home can you install cabinetry?

Kitchen, Baths, Bar, Entertainment Center, Laundry, Bedrooms, Garage, Outdoor Kitchens, Hutches, Desk/office, etc. The possibilities are endless.

6.) How long have you been in business?

M&L Cabinets has been serving Manatee and Sarasota counties since 1995.

7.) Do your installers work only for M&L Cabinets?

While our installers are sub-contractors, they solely work for M&L Cabinets.

8.) Can you give me an estimate based upon my blueprint drawings?

As long as you have selected your doorstyle and finish, M&L Cabinets can give you an "estimate" based upon your blueprint information. No estimate is concrete until all wall dimensions have been verified.

9.) What is your fee to design my kitchen, bath, etc.?

There is no charge for us to put together a design for you. There is a $500.00 retainer fee required for our clients to take possession of any drawings / renderings and floorplans. If an order is placed, we will then deduct $500.00 from your contract amount.

10.) What are your forms of payments and your terms of payment?

Payment method can be any of the following: Visa, MasterCard, Check or Cash. The deposit amount on any order is always fifty percent (50%) of the contract total.
